Service Description

Neuromuscular therapy (NMT) is a specialized form of massage therapy that focuses on addressing muscular pain and dysfunction caused by nerve compression or irritation. By targeting specific areas of muscular tension and trigger points, the therapist applies pressure to release knots, reduce muscle spasms, increase range of motion, correct muscular imbalance and postural misalignment, and improve athletic performance and injury rehabilitation.
