Introductory Massage

Service Description

This will be a one-time introductory session focused on strategizing the best ways to help you feel and function better. This session will include less time of hands-on work, but will introduce you to the methods and processes I use, so that in future sessions we can get straight to the work. We will take a history, go through orthopedic testing, and formulate a plan to get you on the path to discovering the best version of your body.
